1. Shipping Time
Normally, we would ship your order within 2 working days after we received it. Due to the current demand for our new product ELLIPAL Titan 2.0, we will ship orders with ELLIPAL Titan 2.0 Cold Wallet within 2 weeks. The shipping time would differ on the location of the distribution warehouse (kindly check the table below). In some special circumstances and force majeure, the delivery could be delayed.
